Our Wedding

Rachel and David met on the beautiful island of Oahu in March 2021. Rachel was working remotely on the island for a couple of months, and her and her friend Courtney were staying in Kaimuki. Feeling a little thirsty one night, a quick 'cocktail bars near me' google search led them into an unmarked speakeasy called Hieho House.The door swung open, and eyes locked. It was a busy night but David asked his manager to convince them to wait while he made space at the bar. David didn't realize at the time that he was about to shake up a cocktail (tequila, of course) for his future wife...

Airport: Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Island of O'ahu) Timing: We recommend you travel to O'ahu before Friday 10/16 as we will have a casual welcome event that day. Logistics: Our wedding (10/17) is in Ko'Olina (50 minutes from Waikiki), but the welcome event (10/16) will be near Waikiki. Accommodations: We will not have room blocks, but have listed some our favorite hotels below. Airbnb is also an option! Transportation: We will have a shuttle leaving from Waikiki to and from the wedding. There are also plenty of Uber, Lyft, and Turo options, or car rentals.
